01 / OUR SCHOOL
Learning starts with curiosity.
We pay attention to the people on both sides of a screen. Why does one Milk Frog expression make someone smile? Why does the same sentence mean something different in another group chat? Each question deserves a closer look at its context.
Observation, documentation, editing and community practice belong together here. We consider how a message is heard and who has not yet had a chance to speak, using clear sources, welcoming language and open discussion to make room for another voice.
Speak with care, and listen with care. Every connection begins with a particular person.
