Sharing original campus work and checking your receipt

MFU Campus Editorial Office

Send a pond-side note, a Milk Frog drawing or a campus daydream through Contribute, and keep your submission receipt.

For: creators sharing Milk Frog writing, images and imagined campus stories. Read the Contribute page guidelines and check that submissions are currently open. Work appears in Community stories only after review and publication.

Use original work or content you have permission to share. You may use a nickname as your public author name, and your title should describe the work clearly. The body must contain 20 to 5,000 characters and can include paragraph breaks. Tell your campus story, describe your creative process or explain the thought behind an image. Do not include another person's private information in public content.

When the submission page offers image attachments, you may add one PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 5 MB and 12 million pixels. Read and accept the page's permission and credited-publication statement before submitting. A contact email is optional and is not displayed with the work.

After a successful submission, download or copy your receipt immediately. Keep both the submission reference and the lookup key. The key cannot be recovered once you leave the page. To check progress, enter the receipt details under Already sent us a story? on the Contribute page.

If you are signed in, your submission also appears in your account so you can follow its review and manage the original. Follow the current page instructions about whether an account is required. Keep your own copy of the work. Submission does not mean automatic publication; check the review status using your receipt or account.
